Under new ownership, Brooklyn Magazine introduced a visual system that captures the dynamic energy of Brooklyn’s neighborhoods and the eclectic personalities of its residents. The visual language is expressive and vibrant, featuring unexpected color pairings, organic illustration styles, and unconventional imagery juxtapositions.

Bkmag.com was relaunched in December 2020 and complemented by tactile magazine issues. Most recently, the visual system was extended to the inaugural Brooklyn Magazine Music Festival, a four-day event featuring live music, fireside chats, and club shows.
