Spotify Loud & Clear Campaign
For more than a decade, Spotify faced criticism from the music industry regarding artist payments. The “Loud & Clear” communication campaign was launched to address misconceptions and provide transparency about streaming economics. The campaign features a dedicated website and a series of interactive, data-driven infographics, with visuals that are bold and messages that are straightforward.
Loud & Clear 1.0 debuted with an immersive dashboard, where each module corresponds to a different section of the page. In 2022, the website was revamped to highlight 10 key takeaways upfront, incorporating expanded colors and updated visuals.
